11th Regenbogenball ... with the sounds of the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss:
For the 11th time in a row, the Wolfgang Trojan Concert Agency has been responsible for the musical program of the, in the meantime famous, Viennese Regenbogenball in the Park Hotel Schönbrunn. The illustrious gaggle of ball guests once again swepted away by both the lilting waltzes of the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss as well as the international top hits of the Band A-Live.

Arabian Princess Wedding in Hotel Schloss Fuschl with our Master of Ceremonies:
A true dream wedding has been celebrated on Feb. 21, 2009 in Hotel Schloss Fuschl near Salzburg. The bridal pair, an Arabian princess and the man who, in the meantime, was already her husband, wanted to repeat their wedding ceremony in the incomparably beautiful, absolutely fabulous setting of the famous Hotel Schloss Fuschl. Our Master of Ceremonies Wolfgang Trojan was entrusted to hold the re-enactment of wedding ceremony in the proper style.

Gala Dinner with the Rococo Ensemble in Palais Niederösterreich:
Baxter, leading worldwide provider of medical and pharmaceutical products, invited approximately 200 guests to the Palais Niederösterreich for an elegant gala dinner. The Rococo Ensemble in historically accurate costumes and real-hair wigs provided the elegant musical backdrop with beloved melodies from Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Schubert and works from the Strauss dynasty for which they earned much applause.

European Nuclear Society held Gala Dinner with the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna in Palais Ferstel:
230 international experts came together for a meeting in Vienna – on the agenda: operational efficiency and fuel safety in nuclear reactor management. A gala dinner in Palais Ferstel held by the European Nuclear Society offered a welcome change of pace. The Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna and the Dance Formation „Viennese Waltz“ offered a „Best of the Strauss dynastie Program“, played and danced much to the pleasure of the guests, who eventually joined in the dance themselves and basked in the bliss of the waltz.

The Rococo Ensemble at the Samsung European Forum 2009:
The emphasis was placed on user friendliness, responsibility to the environment and sleek design with maximum performance at the global corporation Samsung’s European Forum 2009 in Vienna. 400 selected guests were all ears and could enjoy not only the technical innovations but also the culinary delicacies of the Hilton Vienna’s kitchen crew. Our Rococo Ensemble was engaged to provide beloved Mozart melodies - the 4 lovely musicians presented a musical highlight in elegant costumes. MOZART-SHOW „The Magic of Amadeus“ as Opening Highlight at the Opening of the National Fleckvieh Cattle Show 2009:
In the beginning of April 2009 we were entrusted with the development of a musical concept for an event, which for us was rather out of the ordinary. The annual National Fleckvieh Cattle Show was organized this year by the Styrian cattle breeder association in the Greinbachhalle near Hartberg. More than 1000 international cattle breeders gathered for a 3–day spectacular event - our MOZART-SHOW „The Magic of Amadeus“ provided the fitting and exceptional musical component with an emphasis on Austria. Not only the breeders but also the cattle were truly impressed...

Gala dinner of the World Bank Group at the Palais Ferstel:
On April 22 we have presented the Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna for our internationally active client the World Bank Group within the framework of a gala dinner at Ferstel Palace in Vienna. The Festive hall on the first floor provided the background for an attractive dinner music program of the ensemble. The musicians have been playing well-loved works of the Strausses and beloved operetta tunes for the enjoyment of the approx. 200 international guests.

Concert of the Viennese Ladies Orchestra “Tempo di Valse” at Palais Daun-Kinsky:
The company Systema, an internationally active software provider in the health care industry had invited its customers to a concert with subsequent gala dinner in one of the most beautiful palaces in Vienna: the Daun-Kinsky on the Freyung has been the backdrop for a concert by the Viennese Ladies Orchestra „Tempo di valse“- on the program have been works by Franz Lehar, Johann Strauss und Robert Stolz. There was long applause for the ladies orchestra at the end of this impressing evening.

MOZART-SHOW „The Magic of Amadeus“ for Vantage Deluxe World Travel:
For the international guests of our client Vantage Deluxe World Travel we have been presenting an attractive artistic program at Ferstel Palace – the Rococo Ensemble performed selected works of the master composers W.A. Mozart, Franz Schubert & Johann Strauss during dinner. Moreover as artistic highlights of the evening the four musicians have also been accompanying the performance of the Dance Formation “Viennese Waltz” and the MOZART SHOW – The Magic of Amadeus. The appearance of our royal couple Emperor Franz Joseph & Empress Elisabeth as well as the performance of our Master of Ceremonies escorting the audience through the evening’s program has been quite a surprise for the guests.

Exclusive dinner with Band Broadway at Saturn Tower:

Our client Rainbow Incentive entrusted us with the programming of the music part of an exclusive gala dinner at wolke21 at Saturn Tower. The location offers a wonderful view on the Danube. Band Broadway provided for lively music, the best entertainment and an exuberant mood.

Exclusive Gala Dinner for Japanese Guests in the Schönbrunn Palace:

The Great Gallery of the Schönbrunn Palace, probably the most famous hall in Austria, was the incomparable backdrop for a special gala dinner held for about 70 Japanese guests. To start the evening, after cocktails, a particular surprise awaited the visitors from the Far East: an approx. 30-min concert by the Vienna Boys’ Choir, which well demonstrated the artistic versatility and broad musical spectrum of this famous Viennese chorus. The Vienna Boys’ Choir rendered compositions by Zoltan Kodaly, Robert Schumann, Jacobus Gallus and works by contemporary Austrian composers such as Wolfram Wagner as well as gospels and spirituals. The Japanese guests responded with enthusiastic applause for Vienna’s singing ambassadors.

Band Lou at the Ifra 2009 in Vienna:

From Oct. 12 to 15. 2009, the Ifra 2009, the leading international trade show in the newspaper industry, was hosted at the Reed Messe in Vienna for the second time since 2007– due to its great success in 2007, this year, once again, the Band Lou represented the Müller-Martini Marketing AG at the stand of our Swiss client, and supplied the musical program for the happy hour.

Pharmaceutical Gala dinner at Daun-Kinsky Palace – MOZART SHOW “The Magic of Amadeus” as Highlight:

For our internationally active client EUSA Pharma Europe Limited of Oxford, we designed the musical highlight for an exclusive gala dinner held for approx. 70 international doctors at Daun-Kinsky Palace in Vienna. In this baroque Palace we presented our often requested, 25-minute program MOZART SHOW – The Magic of Amadeus to the pleased guests. Our Papageno, Peter Thunhart won the particular favor of the audience; he took to the stage wearing an authentic feathered costume with pan flute and birdcage much to the delight and amazement of the guests.

The elegant and traditional Ferstel New Year’s Eve Gala:

This year once again, for the 11th time in a row, we will assume for Palais Events, our business associates of many years, the artistic planning of the New Year’s Eve Gala 2009 in the Palais Ferstel. The fabulous six-course New Year’s Eve menu from the kitchen of the chef de cuisine Martin Berger as well as the personal attention afford the guests by the General manager of Palais Events Mr. Alfred Flammer, the banquet manager Ms. Ursula Mönnig and their team, guarantee a beautiful New Year’s Eve, meeting the standards of even most demanding. The Johann Strauss Ensemble Vienna in beautiful Biedermeier costumes alternating with the Band Broadway and the emcee for the evening, Wolfgang Trojan, will provide for lively music, the best entertainment and an exuberant mood.

Elegant Gala dinner with the Viennese ladies orchestra Johann Strauss at Mercure Grandhotel Biedermeier Wien:

This charming and very personal 4-star hotel situated in a quiet, historically land-marked, old Viennese Biedermeier arcade, offered its international guests a varied musical program for the first time in the classical Viennese style on New Years Eve 2009: lilting waltz melodies from the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss, Romantic Harp Sonorities and beloved Viennese melodies on the zither, a popular Viennese folk music instrument, which film aficionados will recognize from „The Third Man“.
The director of the hotel as well as the guests were really enthusiastic after the artists’ performance – therefore the Viennese Ladies Orchestra Johann Strauss, Romantic Harp Sonorities and beloved Viennese melodies on the zither are already booked for the next New Years Eve at Mercure Grandhotel Biedermeier Wien.
